How much does a new pool cost?

Can I finance a new pool?
The presence of a swimming pool is positive and significant, especially in Arizona. Lenders consider a swimming pool as a home improvement and will look favorably upon financing. What does your standard pool include?
"Standard" pool better known as a "base" pool generally runs in size from 75 to 80' perimeter, 350 to 400 sq. ft. of surface area. There are many "base" pool packages which are designed for different yards, and customer requirements.
Our "base" pool includes: 80 perimeter, 350-400' surface area play pool, in almost any shape
- Custom design
- Pool layout in the yard
- Permit and Inspections
- Pool depths: 3'x 5'x 4' or 3' to 5' (play pool)
- Volleyball sleeves or umbrella sleeves (2 total, your choice)
- Normal excavation (10' clear access required—narrow access and or unusual soil conditions such as rock, caliche, etc. may incur an additional cost)
- Schedule 40 PVC plumbing throughout
- 15' of plumbing run (filter to skimmer)
- 2½" suction line
- Three 1½" looped return lines to pool
- 1 aerator with adjustable valve, to help cool the pool when water temps climb
- 2 (VGB certified) main drains with 2½" plumbing
- 1 skimmer to remove floating debris
- You're choice of a Pentair cartridge, DE or sand filter
- Concrete slab for equipment
- 1 HP Pentair filter pump
- Suction cleaner with Intermatic time clock for automated pool cleaning and filtration system
- Automatic water leveler to keep the pool automatically full
- 50' of ½" rigid electrical conduit (electric panel to equipment)
- 400 watt light with 15' of conduit (equipment to pool)
- Three steps including 8' feet of additional bench
- 240' of acrylic lace decking (12+ standard colors to choose from)
- Sparkle quartz finish with choice of 5 colors (with 10 year warranty)
- 80' of standard waterline tile
- Complete clean-up of pool, interior and exterior
- Complete professional start-up along with maintenance instructions and new pool owner orientation in person at your home
- Brush, pole, net, test kit, thermometer, and start-up chemicals
